Quick Tips for Writing an Expanded Achievements Summary:

The above is a sample expanded achievements summary. The achievements summary is a tool that you can include in your career marketing portfolio to leave behind at interviews, helping to make your accomplishment stories more memorable. Employers are interested in employees who can 1) solve their problems, 2) save them money, 3) make them money, or 4) improve efficiency. The expanded achievements summary can be written in countless formats, but the ultimate goal should be to provide examples that illustrate exactly how you have accomplished these goals for past employers and could therefore produce similar results for future employers. Whenever possible, you should include numbers to illustrate the impact you have had and the results you have produced. These could be presented as whole numbers, dollar figures, or percentages. However, even if you can’t quantify your accomplishments, you should still present them in a way that emphasizes the result or benefit of the accomplishment.

Client Testimonials

Thank you so much for all the work you have done! Frankly, I dreaded the prospect of writing my resume initially. I hit upon the idea of finding someone else to do it and that process was no picnic either, till I found you! You have made this whole process so easy and pleasant. When I got the first draft of my resume I thought, "She must have sent me the wrong resume...who is this person?!". When I found my name and realized that the jobs and experiences were indeed mine, WOW was I amazed! That was the best money I ever spent! Here we are a year later with an update, and yet another excellent job. As much as I dislike changing jobs at least I know that the resume writing will no longer be an issue, I have you! Thanks again.
