Final Authorization for Projects

I authorize my resume and/or other documents created by Distinctive Career Services LLC to be "finalized." Please make the document conversions and email me the final files. I have had the opportunity to review the document(s), this project has been prepared to my satisfaction, and I agree to hold Distinctive Career Services LLC harmless for any errors or inaccuracies. This is your authorization to finalize the project files. I understand that I will be charged a $40 reactivation fee for reprocessing if I request changes/corrections to document drafts after they have been converted and finalized.
