Quick Tips for Writing a Resume Addendum:
The above documents are sample addendum documents to be used in addition to a resume. If you have data and information that you believe would be of interest to some recipients of your resume and not others, the solution might be to create a resume addendum. This way you could send the addendum to the interest recipients of your resume, but not to others. Another use of an addendum might be to list out a lengthy summary of data points (such as technical skills) that would take up too much room in your resume, leaving too little space for accomplishments. Resume addendums can be used to list computer skills, tools you are skilled with, publications, public speaking engagements, certifications and trainings. Some people send the addendum with the resume and others like to bring it with them to interviews to use as a “leave behind.”
